The coyote, also known as the American jackal, prairie wolf, or brush wolf, is a species of canine native to North America. It is smaller than its close relative, the gray wolf, and slightly smaller than the closely related eastern wolf and red wolf.

Trickster was created for the exhibition The River's Journey: A Wider View hosted by Sullivan Goss in Ocotber of 2018. It is framed with an 8-ply archival mat and a brushed florentine silver frame. Finished size is 13x11”
